b. Payment must be made in the manner specified on the website or via any comms between the user and the artist/creative employed by Demand Media.

5. Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Demand Media, including but not limited to designs, graphics, and marketing materials, are owned by Demand Media until final payment has been done by the user for the project.

b. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided by Demand Media without prior written consent or final payment of which then the materials belong to the user. However Demand Media can still use these works for marketing purposes to draw in more business as these materials will service as proof of service provided.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Demand Media agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the User in the course of providing services.

b. Users agree not to disclose any confidential information received from Demand Media.

7. Limitation of Liability:

a. Demand Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services.

b. Demand Media's total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific services.

8. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms:

a. Demand Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the website.
